Low Rent

We have Low Rent apartments at the 1^st 29 unit (Studio, one and two bedrooms) located in town and single units (three bedrooms), duplexes (three and four bedrooms) and the four plexes (TH units) that are all three bedrooms in Browerville.

Fair Market Rentals

We operate the Fair Market Rental Program where we have one and two bedroom apartments located at the 12 plexes and the 32 unit. For more information about Fair Market rentals, click here to see the 2010 Rent Increases page.

Elder Housing

We are also managing the Section 202 Elder Housing in the villages Kaktovik, Nuiqsut, Wainwright, Pt. Hope and Anaktuvuk Pass.

This is Public Housing so anyone can apply to see if they qualify. Income limits for these one bedrooms are $29,300 for one person household and $33,000 for two person household.
