Last Spring, we accepted applications for  home heating upgrades. 

This Spring, 71 households across the slope will be receiving OM 180 water heaters and Ergo Max heat exchangers.  The OM 180 water heater consumes only 1 gallon of fuel per hour and is 87% efficient.  It weighs only 81lbs, allowing one person installation.

The Ergo Max heat exchanger is designed for maximum efficiency and requires no annual maintenance.

How will I know if I was selected?

Upgrade recipients will receive a letter 30 days prior to the installation.

How do I prepare my home?

In the letter, you will receive instructions.  Basically, we will need everything moved away from the walls so we can put in new baseboards if needed.

When will this project be complete?

With full cooperation, including letting us in to the units at the day and time we request and preparing the home for our visit, we hope to have all 71 units complete by December.
