TNHA increased rental rates in 2010 for the first time in many years. Though we make our best effort to keep rental rates affordable, occasional adjustments are often unavoidable.

How The Rates Were Created

Every year, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) determines the Fair Market Value of rentals by contacting renters and landlords in Barrow.

The HUD Fair Market Values are as follows for 2010:

1 Bedroom $983
2 Bedroom $1,292
3 Bedroom $1,545
4 Bedroom $1,590
